Never quite sure what to do in the evenings on vacation? Of course you’re probably tired from sightseeing all day and would be content staying in your room at a Lancaster County bed and breakfast to relax or watch television, especially since the Amethyst Inn has comfortable feather-top beds and Jacuzzis to help you relax! But you can watch TV when you’re home, so why not go out to the theatre and enjoy a live show! The American Music Theatre always impresses me, and they have plenty of shows to choose from. March 12th: Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance--This Irish tale of good vs. evil is told through through dance, lights, and pyrotechnics.
March 23: The Man in Black Show--A riveting performance as a tribute to Johnny Cash
April 2: Bluegrass Fest--Showcasing stringed instruments and vocal harmonies of four groups
April 15: Trace Adkins--Singing his country classics
April 29: Meatloaf’s Hang Cool Tour
For a complete listing of upcoming shows, visit the American Music Theatre website. If you’d like help deciding which show to attend or would like tickets ordered and a dinner reservation made for you, the innkeepers at Adamstown Inns & Cottages are available to make your stay special. Further information can be found on the concierge page.
