Father's Day in Lancaster County, Pa

Not sure what to get Dad for Fathers Day? Surprise him with a getaway weekend at the Amethyst Inn, or bring the kids along and stay at the Wrightsville Cabin. Whether you choose a weekend alone at a luxury bed and breakfast, or a pet friendly cabin near the Susquehanna River, there are plenty of activities for Dad to have a great Father’s Day Weekend!
If your Dad enjoys music, then Lancaster County is the place to be! On Friday, June 17, Stoudtburg Village is hosting a live concert series from 5-9pm, featuring regional bands, food, and face painting for the kids. Feel free to browse through the shops, or bring lawn chairs and enjoy the music.
Another music event is Music Friday in downtown Lancaster. The shops and restaurants stay open later, and musicians perform throughout the city.

If Dad is more into sports, try a round of golf. There are 5 golf courses near Adamstown Inns & Cottages, and they even have a golf special!
Maple Grove Raceway or the Antique Auto Museum of Hershey might be personal favorites for your father.
Intercourse Heritage Days are celebrating their 257th anniversary. Showcasing foods, animals, and heritage demonstrations, this celebration will be a trip to tell your friends about! There will be a tractor pull, fireworks, roaming entertainment, and an antique tractor show.
Stoudts Brewery is a treat, and definitely recommended! They have a tour of the brewery and the opportunity to try samples. Stoudt’s also has a market, antiques, and a restaurant. It would be very easy to spend an entire day there, especially since it’s conveniently located down the road from Adamstown Inns & Cottages!
Start planning your Fathers Day trip and make him feel special with a weekend in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania!
